2. What this Site is
Mallorca Pool Builders is an online introduction and lead-generation platform. Our sole purpose is to put property owners in contact with independent, third-party pool builders, contractors and service providers operating in Mallorca (each a “Provider”).
3. What we do not do
We are not a pool builder, contractor, installer or service provider. We do not design, quote for, build, renovate, repair, maintain or service swimming pools, and we do not supervise, employ or control any Provider. Any description of the network as “vetted” means only that we apply a selection process; it is not a guarantee, warranty or endorsement of any Provider or their work.
4. No responsibility for Providers or their work
Any quotation, agreement, contract, payment, work, product, advice or service is provided solely by the Provider and is a matter exclusively between you and that Provider. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for, any such dealings, including without limitation the availability, quality, safety, legality, licensing, insurance, timing, pricing, conduct or performance of any Provider, or any loss, damage, defect, delay, dispute or injury arising from them. You engage any Provider entirely at your own risk and on your own due diligence.
5. Information on the Site
All content on the Site, including guides, articles and the pool cost calculator, is general information provided for guidance only, on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Cost figures and estimates are indicative, are not quotations or offers, and must not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, engineering or construction advice. You should obtain independent professional advice and a written quotation from a Provider before making any decision.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your reliance on any content, or any contact, dealing or contract between you and any Provider. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability to consumers under mandatory Spanish and EU consumer-protection law.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mallorca Pool Builders and its operators against any claims, losses, costs and expenses arising from your use of the Site or from any dealings or contract between you and any Provider.

This legal notice and any dispute relating to the Site are governed by Spanish law. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer, the parties submit to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.
